At Funstock, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned apparel must be in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred resolution.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn clothing back into its original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the confirmation email, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
